What do I wear?

Something you can move in. There are no changing rooms and no lockers — people come dressed and leave dressed.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. Mats, towels and water are here.

How do I get in?

The address comes after booking, by email and WhatsApp.

Can I stay after the session?

Yes. As long as the room is open. Most people do.

Is there a shower?

Yes.

Can I cancel?

Free up to 12 hours before. After that the seat expires.

Is this really a private flat?

Yes. Fourth and fifth floor, fireplace, a view of the Frauenkirche. That is the point.

How many people are in a session?

Eight. Always.

Can I book the whole room?

Yes. Private sessions from 500 € — your people, your format, one evening.

What if I have never done this before?

Then this is the right size of room for it.
